When can I place another order?

Your balance needs to be low enough to be able to add more items without exceeding your credit limit.

What are your opening hours?

Our offices open Monday-Friday 9 till 5. We are closed on bank holidays and during the Christmas break.

How do I make a complaint?

Despite our best efforts sometimes things go wrong. If you let us know by emailing

online.complaints@payweeklycarpets.co.uk we will get back to you as soon as possible.

What time will the fitter arrive?

Installations are all day appointments. Our fitters are self-employed and plan their own schedule so we can’t give you a time slot.

How quickly will I receive my order?

Flooring orders are usually dispatched after the deposit, the delivery and five weekly payments have been made.

Furniture orders are usually dispatched within 14 working days.

How will I know when my order is ready to be dispatched?

We will contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery date and time with you, after you pay the deposit and delivery payments.

Will I receive a delivery time slot?

Our delivery depot will contact you to arrange a suitable time and date for your flooring delivery. Our flooring delivery teams work throughout the day but will contact you around 1hr prior to delivery at your address.

Our Furniture orders are delivered by our external Delivery Supplier who will notify you to arrange your delivery timeslot once they have received your order.

Do we build any furniture for you which requires self assembly?

No, any products we supply that require assembly would need to be assembled by the customer.

Where do you deliver?

At present, we deliver all over the United Kingdom (now including Northern Ireland), except for the Isle of Wight & the Isle of Mann.
